Our relaxation full body massage massage is designed to help you unwind and de-stress. Our therapists use gentle techniques to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Therapeutic Massage
Full body massage that uses light to medium pressure for a massage that relaxes the mind and body. This massage also includes up to two areas of deeper pressure in order to provide tension and stress relief where needed.

Deep Tissue Massage

Shiatsu Massage
The gliding pressure given by the therapist’s feet deliver the deepest full body massage without the tender pain/sensation that comes with elbow or thumb work. Halo Salt Therapy
Halotherapy is Dry-salt therapy. It involves breathing in air infused with tiny, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles. It's considered a natural treatment for respiratory and skin conditions. Many people are taking action to improve their respiratory health, hygiene and immunity after two years of being bombarded by COVID. Halo Therapy is good for people who experience Asthma, Sinus Conditions, COPD, Ear Infections, Smoker's Cough, Eczema, Cystic Fibrosis, Allergies, Anxiety, and Dry Skin. It also Improves immune health, athletic performance, relieves and prevents colds/allergies, increases stress relief and promotes relaxation. Halotherapy is Anti-Inflammatory & Anti-Bacterial. Halotherapy was originally “discovered” in the 1800s in Eastern Europe when doctors realized that salt miners didn’t suffer nearly as often from respiratory and skin conditions as others in the communities. These doctors then began to “prescribe” visits to the salt mines and at some point, the mines even carved out separate areas for this original halotherapy. Due to this history, much of the research on halotherapy has taken place in Eastern Europe but is now starting to get more attention in other areas of the world such as the United States and Australia.
Halotherapy is an exposure to kinetically activated dry salt where the micro sized particles are being inhaled while the large salt particles are spread on the top of the skin. Since dry salt is antibacterial and super absorbent it actively kills bacteria and reduces the inflammation in the respiratory system and widens the airways for better breathing.
Medical studies in Europe have proven that the benefits of Halotherapy are accumulative. Many adults and children with asthma, allergies, cystic fibrosis, COPD and other respiratory conditions have found that Halotherapy sessions 2-3 times a week can help manage respiratory problems and reduce the intake of medications.
